1. Non-Alcoholic Options
If you’re looking for something fun that’s not alcoholic, we have tons of great choices for you. Enjoy some of our freshly squeezed juices, including the Carrot Top, Citrus Splash, and Strawberry Smash. We also have some mouth watering mocktails that everyone will love! Try the Ole’ Smoky with honey-ginger syrup, lemon juice, club soda and a liquid smoke spritz. For something a little fruitier, order the Southern Belle mocktail with strawberry and lemon juice, fig jam and club soda.
We work with Honeybee Coffee Co., a local coffee brewer and shop, to give you some incredible caffeinated options! Try the house French Pressed Coffee or the Honeybee Harvest Blend. We also have cold brew for those who like their coffee on the rocks!
2. Jake’s Famous Bloody Mary
It wouldn’t be a trip to our Knoxville TN restaurant without ordering one of our famous Bloody Marys! Made fresh everyday with house-mix, your choice of vodka and a plethora of ingredients, you’ll love this drink. Choose your spice level and enjoy the swag garnishes that will leave you feeling like a new person. Jake’s Famous Bloody Mary can cure all that ails you, so make sure to try one for yourself on your next visit!
3. Mimosas
Our Mimosa menu has flavors and choices for all tastes! Keep it classic with Jake’s Signature Mimosa, complete with champagne and freshly squeezed Valencia orange juice. We also offer The Volunteer, which encompasses all your mimosa basics, plus DeKuyper Peach Schnapps and peach puree.
If you’re in the mood for something more tropical, the Hummingbird is the way to go! This mimosa features pineapple juice in addition to your champagne and orange juice, plus it comes with a coconut rim. Last but not least, we suggest the Millionaire, featuring Prosecco, Solerno Blood Orange Liqueur and blueberry puree, garnished with wine-soaked berries.
4. Seasonal Cocktails
Throughout the year, our restaurant in Knoxville features all kinds of delicious seasonal drinks and specialty menus. During the winter season, we are featuring The Loaded Caramel Apple Pie Mimosa, Pomegranate Poinsettia and the Hot Buttered Rum. We are also excited to announce Jake’s Mega Mary, a 37 oz. Bloody Mary featuring our house-made mix, garnished snacks and Jake’s legendary candied bacon.
