Meet Chef Aaron
Have you ever wondered who comes up with the delicious and unique dishes at Scrambled Jake’s? We would like to introduce you to Chef Aaron. He is a fourth generation Sevier County native and began his culinary career at the age of 15 working for Chef Santo Baiamonte at Maxwell’s in Gatlinburg. After 15 years under Chef Santo’s guidance, Aaron attended the Rel Maples Culinary Institute at Walters State. He served as the President of the local chapter of the American Culinary Federation and worked in several Sevier County eateries. He worked for four years at Taulbees, where he served as owner and master chef.
