QUINOA BREAKFAST BOWL
Traditional quinoa with coconut milk, mushrooms, broccoli, braised kale, tomato confit, summer sausage, two CF eggs and fresh herbs.
Wild Scottish salmon chargrilled and topped with fresh fruit. Served with two CF eggs and grilled asparagus with hollandaise.
Roasted beets, Fuji apples, candied walnuts, micro greens and feta cheese tossed in house-made champagne vinaigrette. Served with a soft boiled CF egg. Add +5 for grilled salmon.

Half a fresh pineapple filled with Greek yogurt and seasonal cut fruit, topped with local honey.
Half a segmented grapefruit broiled with brown sugar. Served with a dallop of Greek yogurt.
Steel cut Irish oats cooked in organic goat milk with golden raisins and brown sugar.

CLASSIC CHEESE OMELET
Three whipped CF eggs folded with aged cheddar, topped with gruyere cheese sauce and finished with fresh chives.
MUSHROOM EGG WHITE FRITTATA
CF egg whites basted in coconut oil with sautéed shiitake and cremini mushrooms, cracked pepper, Himalayan salt, chives and fresh basil.
Three whipped CF eggs folded with grilled asparagus, mushrooms, baby spinach, tomato confit and creamy brie cheese.
THE CLUB FRITTATA
Three CF egg open faced omelet with tomato confit, red onion, Duroc pit ham and shredded gruyere.
